EUR/USD eased off a bit from 1/0765 highs registered on Friday. The pair is seen to be trading close to 1.0728 levels at this point in writing. It is expected to slide further through 1.0620 and up to 1.0500-20 levels. Bears might be inclined to hold prices below 1.0786 high to keep the near-term structure intact.
EUR/USD is unfolding an Up Gartley corrective structure, which is expected to terminate close to the 1.0500-20 zone. Keep in mind that 1.0500 is close to the Fibonacci 0.618 retracement of the recent upswing between 1.0350 and 1.0786 levels respectively. If the above structure unfolds accordingly bulls will be poised to push through 1.1086 and up to the 1.1500 mark.
Alternatively, EUR/USD may rise above 1.0786 from here and then produce a corrective drop towards 1.0500-20. Hence, it is better to buy on dips from here over the medium term. Apart from that, the 1.1500 potential target is the Fibonacci 0.618 retracement level of its larger degree downswing between 1.2266 and 1.0350 levels respectively.
Potential rally through 1.1500 against 1.0350
Good luck!
