Trading Recommendations for the Cryptocurrency Market on June 2

Despite the corrections at the end of last week, Bitcoin and Ethereum are once again showing upward momentum, although Ethereum is lagging behind.

Experts from the banking group also point to a supply shock in BTC amid growing regulatory clarity and mass Bitcoin purchases by corporations, companies managing ETFs, and institutional investors. This signals a high probability of a significant Bitcoin rally in the coming months.

A combination of factors — including increased institutional support, a clearer regulatory environment, and, consequently, a reduction in the available supply of BTC on the market — creates favorable conditions for further cryptocurrency price growth. Bitcoin ETFs have opened the door for large investment funds that previously avoided direct participation in the crypto market, and regulatory clarity reduces the risks for institutional investors.

However, despite optimistic forecasts, it is important to remember the volatility of the crypto market. Sharp BTC price swings are very likely, so it is crucial to diversify your investment portfolio and not invest money in BTC that you cannot afford to lose. Additionally, geopolitical risks and potential changes in regulatory policies in different countries should be considered.

As for the intraday strategy in the cryptocurrency market, I will continue to act based on any major pullbacks in Bitcoin and Ethereum, counting on continuing the medium-term bull market, which remains intact.

For short-term trading, the strategy and conditions are described below.

Bitcoin

Buy Scenario

Scenario #1: Today, I plan to buy Bitcoin upon reaching the entry point around $105,300, aiming for a rise to $105,600. Around $105,600, I plan to exit the buys and sell immediately on the pullback. Before buying on a breakout, ensure that the 50-day moving average is below the current price and that the Awesome Oscillator is in the positive zone.

Scenario #2: If the market does not react to Bitcoin's breakout, it can also be bought from the lower boundary of $104,400, aiming for a return to $105,300 and $106,600.

Sell Scenario

Scenario #1: Today, I plan to sell Bitcoin upon reaching the entry point of around $104,400, aiming for a drop to $103,300. Around $103,300, I plan to exit the sales and buy immediately on the pullback. Before selling on a breakout, ensure that the 50-day moving average is above the current price and that the Awesome Oscillator is in the negative zone.

Scenario #2: Bitcoin can also be sold from the upper boundary of $105,300 if there is no market reaction to its breakout, aiming for a return to $104,400 and $103,300.

Ethereum

Buy Scenario

Scenario #1: Today, I plan to buy Ethereum upon reaching the entry point around $2,506, aiming for a rise to $2,551. Around $2,551, I plan to exit the buys and sell immediately on the pullback. Before buying on a breakout, ensure that the 50-day moving average is below the current price and that the Awesome Oscillator is in the positive zone.

Scenario #2: If the market does not react to Ethereum's breakout, it can also be bought from the lower boundary of $2,476, aiming for a return to $2,506 and $2,551.

Sell Scenario

Scenario #1: Today, I plan to sell Ethereum upon reaching the entry point around $2,476, aiming for a drop to $2,442. Around $2,442, I plan to exit the sales and buy immediately on the pullback. Before selling on a breakout, ensure that the 50-day moving average is above the current price and that the Awesome Oscillator is in the negative zone.

Scenario #2: Ethereum can also be sold from the upper boundary of $2,506 if there is no market reaction to its breakout, aiming for a return to $2,476 and $2,442.
