The main indicators were divided into 5 groups; 105 individual factors influenced the core reading. Living cost, quality of Internet communication, transport infrastructure, and the level of corruption and political stability were among these factors.

Singapore occupies the third place. The experts gave 752 points to it.
Hong Kong is on the fourth place with 748 points.
Tokyo is the fifth in the rating. The Japanese capital received 734 points.
San Francisco received 720 points and occupied the sixth place in the rating.
Boston is on the seventh place with 719 points.
Another US city in the rating is Chicago holding the eighth position with 718 points.
Zurich occupies the ninth place in the rating of the biggest global financial centers, having received 716 points, whereas it is the second in the list of the European financial centers.
The US capital Washington is on the tenth place with 713 points.
Moscow was down by 17 positions and occupies only 84th line in the world rating, having received 568 points.
